Moving an employee from one payroll frequency to another.
You may have an employee that is currently paid monthly but they would like to be paid on a weekly basis, for example. The process of doing this is quite simple as you can drag and drop (left click and hold on an employees name, drag them to the new frequency and then let go of left-click) an employee from one frequency to the other. The revenue does not need any notification of this and you can continue to send your FPS for both frequencies as normal.
Alternatively, you can click the employee’s name and then select the ‘Personal‘ tab. At the bottom you will see a ‘Transfer To…’ button, once clicked it will activate the drop-down menu on the right of it. You can then select the other pay frequency which will move them over.
