Using your company logo on payslips and reports.

The following instructions will guide you on how to update your payslips and other reports with your own company logo:

  • Select the company name and under the ‘Employer‘ tab tick the ‘Logo on Reports‘ tickbox,
  • Select ‘Reports‘ (at the bottom) and then ‘Reports Folder‘,
  • This will open the Windows folder where your reports are located,
  • You can copy and paste your company logo into this folder and it will be included on your reports from this point.

Your logo will have to be saved in a ‘.gif‘ format for it to work within 12Pay. If your company logo has been saved under any other format you can open your logo in Microsoft Paint and then use the ‘Save As…‘ function to convert it to a .gif image.
